Interview: Crookwell woolgrower continues to push for climate action

Charlie Prell (pictured) is a wool grower from Crookwell in the Australian Captial Territory, who besides hosting 12 wind turbines on his property, is the president of the national 6000-strong organization, Farmers for Climate Action (FCA).

Charlie is a community-minded soul and believes that if a farmer hosts renewable energy infrastructure, be that a wind turbine or a solar panel array, that the benefits accruing from that should be shared by all in the district.

Along with others on the FCA board, Charlie had hoped his group's usefulness would have already been exhausted, but that is not the case and so the group continues to push for real action on climate change.
