'Demand the impossible' - Peter Gardner on climate change

'Demand the impossible' - Peter Gardner on climate change

Peter Gardner (pictured) is a climate activist.

The former secondary school teacher has many interests, among them the history of local indigenous people, the coal miners of Victoria's La Trobe Valley, non-violence and particularly peace during the Iraqi war.

Although the East Gippsland blogger has been aware of human-induced climate troubles since late in the 20th Century, his concerns reached new heights in 2008 with an increasing number of reports about the thinning of the Arctic ice.

He now sees climate change as humanity's greatest and most pressing problem, demanding action from all levels of government.

Listen to what Peter Gardner has to say and then tune into "Music for a Warming World".
